This kind of four strand non rotating steel wire rope 4V * 39s + 5FC and 4V * 48S + 5FC are often produced by forging in the production process. The structure of this kind of steel wire rope is relatively stable, and the twist direction of the strand is opposite to that of the rope. The number of single strand steel wire rope has only four strands, and the non rotating effect is often achieved by increasing the lay distance of the rope and reducing the lay distance of the strand.
The characteristics of this kind of single strand micro non rotating wire rope are as follows:
First of all, the breaking force is relatively high, because the steel wire rope is more compact after forging. Under the same specification, the breaking force is increased by about 8% compared with the ordinary 6-strand rope;
Second, although 4V * 39s + 5FC is relatively rigid, we can learn from the structural type of steel wire rope that there are 156 steel wires in this type of steel wire rope, and FC fiber core is filled in the middle of each rope strand, and the softness of the strand is much greater than 6 * 19 + FC, 6 * 19S + FC, 6 * 19W + FC, 6 * 25fi + IWR;
Third, because the strand of this kind of wire rope is of seale structure, we all know that the outer layer of S-type swaged wire rope is thicker, so 4V * 39s + FC is more wear-resistant; its surface is smooth, the structure is stable, because of its strong fatigue resistance;
Fourth, the non rotation performance of steel wire rope is its incomparable advantage compared with the traditional 6-strand rope when lifting heavy objects at high altitude.
It should be noted that no matter the new swaged wire rope or the old one, during the operation of the steel wire rope, it should be noted that the emergency stop and pull should not be carried out under the condition of high speed and heavy load. The new rope should be gradually adapted to the working condition, the residual stress should be gradually eliminated, and the new rope and the equipment should be fully run in.
