This kind of four strand non rotating steel wire rope 4V * 39s + 5FC and 4V * 48S + 5FC are often produced by forging in the production process. The structure of this kind of steel wire rope is relatively stable, and the twist direction of the strand is opposite to that of the rope. The number of single strand steel wire rope has only four strands, and the non rotating effect is often achieved by increasing the lay distance of the rope and reducing the lay distance of the strand.

The characteristics of this kind of single strand micro non rotating wire rope are as follows:

First of all, the breaking force is relatively high, because the steel wire rope is more compact after forging. Under the same specification, the breaking force is increased by about 8% compared with the ordinary 6-strand rope;

It should be noted that no matter the new swaged wire rope or the old one, during the operation of the steel wire rope, it should be noted that the emergency stop and pull should not be carried out under the condition of high speed and heavy load. The new rope should be gradually adapted to the working condition, the residual stress should be gradually eliminated, and the new rope and the equipment should be fully run in.
